The Root's Sweet Jane
Sweet Jane became one of the group's most covered songs. The album was meant to be a fresh start for the group, but by the time they finished recording it Reid was out of the band. Showed that Reid hadn't forgotten the songwriting lessons he'd internalised when he was making Beach Boys knockoffs years earlier. He said later: "I just worked out because we didn't have any money"
