The first exercise is just breathing in and out chest belly. The third one was with the vowels and opening going from here to here and then back here, breathe and then a sound. Then the last one was the stretch and focus. This is just to prepare your body to do the breathing exercises. And then whenever you feel that you need a little bit of support from your breath or before us, you know, a meeting, a conversation, you can do it again.
