They found that systolic blood pressure stays pretty low when people are just thinking about that beheadWhat is it going to be like when I achieve this far off lofty dream for myself, compared to those people who started thinking concretely as well so so blood pressure was higher in those cases. Same thing happens with people and it doesn't have to be something that's physical but it can just be a cognitive goal.
