How to Respond Effectively to Problems

Ask permission before you start offering things from your past experience. Try to understand what the person's goals are, and then help guide them towards or offer up better ways to bridge the present and the future. Don't impose something on somebody, a lot of times it is not effective. The real path of excellence is to co-create a solution together.
