The Importance of Creating a Growth Strategy

Popular culture feels very different now than it did in 2010. Is that because the necessity of ensuring some kind of popular legitimacy or is it because you think capital itself is doing badly which seems less clear? I have a broadly Althazarian approach to this as you would expect and I'm referring here to Althazera's essay, Contradiction Over Determination. He talks about how ruptures in a system occur when contradictions accumulate at a particular point in the social structure. So if a crisis erupts in politics we can be sure that it's over-determined by the accumulation of contradictions elsewhere in the structure.
