The Importance of Breaking Up Your Intervals

There is some merit in perhaps breaking up your intervals a little bit. If you're doing like three minutes and you're averaging 300 watts for that three minutes, you could either say you're going to go out and just do it all at 300 watts. And generally we can see reductions in heart rate as well. So it's 100% right. You should not go out and fly and die.
