Product Manager - Conflict Is Constructive
As a product manager, we shouldn't avoid conflict. The big revelation for me was that i don't like conflict either. But equally, the idea that we just conflict needs to be really man of deconstructive and in your face. And that middle point is ideally where you want to be. It takes time, it takes trust... but at the same time, i acknowledge that it is the skill to get there....
