How Did You Surround Yourself With People?

As a solo founder, i'm guessing that you had some really, really tough time. How did you manage? Like, why didn't you decide to to have like, cofanders? And second, how exactly did you surround it yourself with people that could really help you out in the in the toughest time? So i started co work it allon my own. Am, about a year in, when i didn't have traction, someone pitched me on partnering with them. I would be like the product engineering side of it, and they would be the marketing, sale side of it. M then rite at that to your mark when itwas like a caveman ad. Double down
