There's a book written by Neema Parvini, and I came out of a year ago called the populist delusion. There's this idea that if enough people wake up they can make a difference. If you get into the world of elite theory, you're going to know that elites replace elites. People don't replace elites. And usually the way this goes is a vanguard elite emerges. They have enough successes, enough skill, enough resources, where they can gain enough attention from the people to support them in their efforts.
