I like to be hands on and do most things myself. Nothing goes through the business, coming in or going out without me authorizing it first. I have a lot of people I give responsibility to but once again, I have the final say at all times. So you'll happily go and pick up a car, even if it's a few hour drive away. Well, it depends. If I buy a car from you, and it's a Thursday afternoon, I'm going to block out the rest of Thursday, because I want to talk to you. And progress further in that way. It's not really so much the car. It's the people.
