What I Love About Qigong
I used to just think rebounding was a stupid exercise, something people did in the 70s or older people. The more I learned about cleansing the body and what rebounding does for the body, it's really quite fascinating. Qigong is an ancient practice. There's a reason why they've been doing it for 4,000 years. It brings in the aspect of using your body and focusing on one task.
