How to Evaluate a Candidate's Progress
If you see with each progression that they're moving to a higher role with more responsibilities, then I think you can tell that they are gradually moving up. There is a time boundary in some people's head nine months to a year and anything less than that. You want to say like, okay, what happened here? Is there a good explanation for this? Was there a particular reason you left so quickly? Sometimes the person has a good answer and sometimes it's an area of concern, at least worth exploring. At the same time, if they generally are around to here at most places, and like Ben said, they move up almost every single time in their role, then that means that
