I Don't Know What to Do When You're Not Catholic
In China, it is illegal to be Catholic unless you're part of the state Catholic Church. A man in his family hosted a priest who was later arrested and tortured for three weeks by authorities. The man escaped Communist China and came to the U.S., where he started sending his family off to daily mass. "It will remind me every day I'm homeless. I don't belong here, but I have to live here," writes Pope Francis.
