401k Limits - Employee Versus Employer?

The employee 401k limit has jumped from 20,500 to 22,500 for 2023. There is a separate employer limit of 18,500 and some change in the IRS that will take effect next year. If you're self employed or owning your own business, there are additional limits on how much you can contribute.
