How to Protect Yourself From Circadian Disruption

The number one risk that I see is this chronic sunlight deficiency. It's really diminishing the function of all of the cells and all of the organ systems in the body. What anyone can do is simply what I recommend is going out in the morning and watching the sunrise. If it's a cloudy, wintery place that you're living in, just go outside anyway. And then eventually the body's going to get more tired, but that's between getting up and getting a morning sun exposure which will set the circadian rhythm.
