The Worst Decision of My Life

I feel like I made the worst decision of my life. We moved out of a condo last year while the market was hot and it's currently a rental with a good cash flow. It probably has about 500,000 in equity. My husband wants to keep going and make it our home. I want to stop putting any more money into it because I'm not enjoying the real purpose of why we bought the house. Not sure what to do, Susie. It's signed Eminem. She loves M&Ms. Raising it.
