What's Up With Telegram?

Telegram is not really the first chat program on the market. Even Skype has its own chat functionality. The big difference here is that it's more cloud-based. It's worth working that it's, it's cloud-based and the information flows not through a central server. Very topical given how many governments now are getting busted for what all the spying they're doing.
