This is the most difficult time i've ever led. I'm encouraging pastors to build reservoirs of resilience, to get in community with others. When a pastor lets his people know that he's depressed, he will soon lose his ministry. And so he was operating off with an assumption that nobody wants to be led by a person who's weak.
