The Importance of Distraction in a Car

The consumer has no idea if a car's information system is easy or difficult to use. Some of the cars we've tested have 200 multifunction buttons, some have rotary dials and gesture controls. There isn't a lot of oversight in terms of what is going on in the vehicle. Sometimes that simple button presses easier than a multi-function display.
