The Global Average Temperature of 1.5 Degree Celsius
We will probably see the global average temperature of 1.5 degree Celsius emerging in about two decades, according to a new study. Depending upon the scenarios of carbon emissions in the second half of this centuries, there can be a possibility to have a temperature first going beyond 1.5 and then turning back to 1.5 at the end of the century. Other scenarios, which assumes a much higher carbon emissions, is projected to have between 2.7 and 4.4 degrees of temperature increased by 2100. So it all depends upon the socioeconomic development, which is linked to the carbon dioxide emissions.
