How to Develop Healthy Habits

A habit is a way of adapting to an environment or solving a problem. The model that i lay out in the book, of the four different stages that hav goes through, it tries to combine these two major fields. It includes the cue and the reward, because those are important for our behavior - but also how we interpret them. Our thoughts and moods and emotions, our beliefs, account of our internal states, shape behaviour too. But they're not the problem themselves, necessarily. Ah, their reflection of what's going on inside of us. There solution to whatever emotional state it is.
