In makro there's four different acid classes. Number one is a business, like warren buffet only invests in cocacola. To keep my money, i had to have real estate. So let's make a million dollars at rich dad. I go into real estate. I borrow four million dollars. And then guys like dave ramsey are saying, get out of debt and say, well, ats good for you,. Cause doesn't work for me because i hate paying taxes and i like making money. The reason no bigger pockets, you know, brandon turner and david green are here, is because when you you use debt that is frick and dangerous.
