Is the NDP Getting Closer to Justin Trudeau's Thing?

The base of the Liberal Party is probably about 13 or 14 percent, same for the Conservatives and it's probably more like 9 or 10 for the NDP. That's the number of people who say, I will only ever vote for this party. The core NDP vote has become more fragile over the past decades rather than the opposite. So that doesn't mean there won't be an election triggered by the NDP deciding that it's got nothing to lose... But if I were the new Democrats, I would think that it was maybe time for some fresh rhetoric and fresh thinking.
