Python's Sophistry

There's that assumption in pythine you're going to sit down and bring all these batteries included batteries. You know it's just an assumption right off the bat. Type annotations became a way of explicitly defining the assumptions that you're making about what you could do with the value. python does not actually use those type annotations itself but most of the time they are used by Python itself.
