The Effects of Egg Consumption on Lean Mass

A study by ig layand colleagues titled, moderately increased protein intake, predominantly from egg sources, does not influence whole body, regional or muscle composition responses to resistance training in older people. In this study were 36 subjects, average age, early sixties. Had subjects trained three days per week for 12 weeks a and in this one, unfortunately, they weren't just manipulating a whole egg or collestral intake. It also had an effect on total protein intake.
