Richardson: I remember when I was in the trenches, just walking outside and taking a walk around the block, if I couldn't get out and getting these ideas going through my head. He says he loved the term getting the goods in the woods because that's where all his best ideas ever came from. "For anybody that wants to quit, we recommend creating a quitting team," Richards adds.

Real estate investors are a hard-working bunch. They put in long hours every day to create passive income and find financial freedom. Many investors resort to doing what they hate, day in and day out, simply to escape the clutches of a nine-to-five job.
