How to Recharge When You're Not Recharged

i'm an introvert, and people don't belive me, i ou not introver because you're on stage talking or ever. Extra means, it's like, how you'e recharged. And so for me, it was like understanding, thak k, i need to go do the same and go down an net work with people but im going to leave erlac. If i don't do that, th next morning, i sit n bed, and i'm just like, i don't wnt to leave still in there so much  that you can't go back out and do the things you need to do.
