How to Avoid Getting Paid by the Hour

i always kind of hated getting paid by the hour, because it's always this thing where you could work really, really well or terribly, and get paid the same amount. And that was just never supermotivating for me so i'd always tinkered with ontreal things. But i didn't move to silican vallet in two thousand ten and say, i'm to start a company, and i must start a company. It wasn't something that i required of myself.
