How Did You Wrestle Through the Tension Between Foreigners and Eunuchs?

Goodr: One of the networks that's very prominent in the old testament is all the texts that draw from deuteronomy 23, one, eight. Goodr: These are things that any church or ancient a religious community would have wrestled with. So what is isaiah saying by promising on the one hand that the uncircumcised or defiled would not enter, and then asking the people not to exclude the foreigner and the eunuch? How did you wrestle through the seeming tension between those, or even contradiction between them?
