How Do You Get Injured on a Flight?
All the injuries happened during the evacuation, when coming down the slides. The serious injury that happened here was a fractured, dislocated ankle. Fuel samples were collected from the aircraft and they found there was a traced quantity of translucent, spherical particulate matter in some of the fuel samples. This material was also found inSome of the engine components. It's all perfect little spheres just inside of it,. Just like all gummed up, yes, in the fuel, like gummed up in some ofthe components.
