Is There a Process to Allocating to Hedge Funds?

I don't think markets are predictable, but that doesn't stop you from doing a stress test. I actually suspect it's going to be higher than it's been over the last 20 years. That would be my kind of guess roughly. And then you look at your 30 year inflation break evens, which are something like say 2.2%. The average inflation over the last 10, I think last 20 years has been about 2.5, 2.6. We're not out here putting on the mortgage trade or the credit convexity trades and options trade. This is just what we're seeing in our conversations in a constant kind of dialogue with managers.
