Gicoin is an incredible example of that. It's always on between how much structure you put in and how much community building and emergence that you enable. I think there's such a large opportunity to be working on this problem right now, because we've got a global communication system that has reached maturity over the last 30 years. And it sms, feels like an acidential question for the 20 first century, what you're working on? Ye, m, so how do we? You don't like say i'm a project maintainer. I guess i am a project maintainers that's trying to balance.
