I think you could see I was clearly just very talented at this particular thing I'd never done before. So I don't know. It was like you have to get it in your sights. And it was like it was like a football field away or like three football field. I don't even know what it was a far distance away. You can just about see it in the in the site thing. And then as soon as you that's what struck me is like, as soon as you pull that trigger, like it's like the potato has almost exploded before you've pulled it. That's how incredibly fast it is. That's what that's what I got from that. I was like, wow, that's already happened. So that's the potato. But Danny Masterson is not a potato. Danny Masterson had all this. So he obviously just thought he was getting off. Is that what it is? So he just thought I don't have to know. I don't have to say any of this.
Speaker 1
Yeah, he just thought he was going to get off. And how do
Speaker 1
Well, they find out because once he gets, how did they find out that he had all these illegal guns?
Speaker 1
Because once he was sentenced and it's time for him to go to prison, they have to go generate a report. And they have to go generate a report. Now, I got to be honest, I was a little personally confused because I'm not aware. And guys in the live chat or the comment section of my video, please feel free to educate me on this. I've always been under the question, there is no national gun registry. There is no federal gun registry. In some states, there's no gun registry. And I asked some of the people who are more familiar with this stuff in California, how is it that the original order for him to turn in his guns? No one at the DA's office or the judge or no one working for the courthouse was able to find out that he had twice as many guns as he had turned in. How is it that there was no visibility or transparency three years ago? But all of a sudden now that he's going to jail, someone's able to generate a report, showing every weapon Danny Masterson has ever purchased. And I got an answer, it was almost like there's no official registry, but the government agency can run a report. I got to be honest, I didn't fully understand the answer that I received. Okay. And, but whatever mechanism exists, whatever registration exists, whatever records exist. And I don't know whether it was the California Probation Department that's able to run their support or whether they go to the ATF and get a report. I just truly don't understand the mechanism in play, but they were like, Danny Masterson said he turned in these weapons, but he's got like 10 more, whatever happened to them. And then they asked Danny and Danny's like, I have no idea who has them or where they are. You're like wrong answer buddy. And so then he gave his brother, George Masterson, power of attorney to find and dispose of all the weapons. And, but then it turns out that Jordan Masterson didn't do that. That power of attorney expired, Jordan didn't do any of that. And his friend, one of his close friends and another Scientologist, Mike Schuppen, all of a sudden shows up to a gun shop in Oregon and turns in all of these guns that he says belong to him. And, and then Danny Masterson's attorney had to provide this evidence to the court, but she, but they blacked out all the names of everyone involved. So, so everyone involved thought that Jordan Masterson is the one who had done these things because he had the illegal authority to dispose of Danny's weapons. So they're like, okay, Jordan Masterson did all this. Then it was found out, no, this guy Mike Schuppen and Mike Schuppen is the one who had the guns. Mike Schuppen is the one who turned over the guns. And then the other people were like, how did Mike Schuppen get the guns? And if Mike Schuppen is one of Danny's best friends, then how did Danny claim he didn't know who had the guns? But his best, one of his best friends turns up with them. It looks like someone's lying here, which of course that is exactly what was going on. So then the, between the probation department and the district attorney's office, shit's going down. And there's still one gun missing. The gun Danny used in the, or brandished in the course of the attack on J-N-1 is still missing. So the judge has authorized the district attorney to draw up search warrants for all the locations that they believe this gun may be. That includes Ashton Kutcher's place. That includes Carol Masterson, Danny Masterson, Alana Masterson, Chris Masterson, maybe the celebrity center. That's, I can only dream. I can only, I can only hope and dream, but I, yeah, the celebrity center is probably a long shot. But I truly would not be surprised to see if search warrant executed on Ashton Kutcher's home. Because Ashton Kutcher, a number of years ago, put a post on social media that a friend had just gifted him, gifted him this weapon. And based on people who understand where they were and when this was and who was there, there's a pretty good chance. It was Danny Masterson who had gifted Ashton Kutcher this gun. Anyway, it's just sloppy, sloppy, sloppy, messy, messy, you would have thought that him being sentenced and sent to prison would have been the most dramatic thing in the Danny Masterson story. And this weapons thing is turning out to be a pretty big deal.
