It has now been a full year since donald trump's false claims of widespread voter fraud and a stolen election encouraged cua, non conspiracy theorists, white supremacists and true believer trumpers to lay siege to the capital building in washington. There remains a laundry list of failed insurrections like the one that occurred a year ago. i want to shed some light on the event by looking to the past. The capital attack of 20 20 was hardly the first insurrection attempt to overthrow the us Government - not counting numerous slave rebellions.
