That group became the emotional anchor for those women during the pendemic. And they met every week, facilitated by myself and doctor van ost, my colleague. They get so much out of it that we rend and facilitate that group for a year and a half,. Then i said, you know, we need to go on to other things, but i really hope that you all will continue with each other. And they have. Just that group, they have learned so much about self
