Adaptability Is Key to a Healthy Body

I feel like there's so many trends around really extreme versions of diets that restrict so much of one thing or point toward only one thing. And my thought has always been my goal is for my body to be very, very adaptable and to still always give it as good of inputs as I can. But I want it to be able to handle the fuel sources I give it. So every time I go to the grocery store, I try to buy different things. Different vegetables, different greens, different whatever,. mix it up because your body really does like variety.
