Don't get consumed in living through other people's lives and then getting into a cycle of feeling shed about your own. Mute those whoyou don't resonate with if you can, and follow them and be protective of it just like you would with friend group in real life. Do you need a hobby or something outside of social media that is actually going to motivate you to not be on it? You'll find you do all these mindless activities cause you don't have anything ouse bitter to do.
