Dialysis and Acidosis

Some people would say this is an indication for dialysis, but others would say it's kind of more of a marker of their disease. Lactic acidosis makes no impact on their acid-based status just because you can't effectively clear enough to change anything. Nine times out of 10, it's due to some metabolic process that you don't, that you're not going to be able to fix with dialysis and especially not CRRT in any timely manner.
