The Chinese Business Community Sees Russia as an Attractive Market

China wants to negotiate very good energy prices. China does want to perhaps sell things at a higher price and buy things on the cheap from Russia. The third aspect of Chinese priority is to prepare from the weakened Russian negotiation position because it has been subject to such heavy financial commerce sanctions. And perhaps now, Russia is more willing to provide some of the things that China wants.
