How Can I Learn to Love Myself?

There's so much self hatred going on here. You've got people who are suffering crushing depression, loneliness and a sense of isolation because they think everyone else is having the time of their lives. This is all social media. One of the reallyi if someone wanted a cre you know, engine to create evil like that’s like, wo we're just going to twist everybody. We're going to isolate them, make them hate themselves and think everyone else has it easy. And but it plays out in so many countless ways.
