I know one of the big things that for our military audience here is depression and suicide rates are very high. And yeah, I think you said that it works by getting a vice grip on your thinking. The depressions usually coincided between about 30 and 50 with the winter really bad. You have to be careful with anti-depressives, which have no statistical proof that they work whatsoever.
