The Power Structure of Postmodernism
The idea that dominates postmodernism is that knowledge is a construct of language. So if there is the dominant belief that men should be dominant and women should be submissive, then this is policed by language. And so we have the social justice people now who are trying to unpick this discourse. They're trying to deconstruct it, although they don't often use that term now. When they when the word woke comes up, it describes becoming more aware of this power structure and being able to see it.
