At the moment, we've had a lot of strikes with the National Health Service. We've had ambulance workers on strikes, nurses, junior doctors as well. There's obviously a lot of unhappiness, especially around pay. How does that affect you in Bupa on the private healthcare side? Because you have to employ healthcare workers as well. And we see the process exactly as you imagined with empathy.
