Can I Use This as a Savings Account?

With a sacred account, if you withdraw cash, then it would cause a tax consequence and then perhaps other things as well. You can choose to withdraw that or take a loan on your policy. If I increase my savings rate via a loan repayment, at the end of that, I've got more money saved than I would have otherwise. And that is a function of saving.
