How to Deal With a Distressed Relationship

If you find yourself in the blue, one of the things that you may tend to do is have an idealization of your history and idealization of relationships. It's a way of pushing them away. We need to activate your attachment system. And believe me, what that looks like is you like suddenly need to talk to somebody or you are like a little insecure when they don't call you back. Then the next thing is we want you to get more curious and interested in relationships. Let yourself move towards a little more dependency.
