How to Sleep Better During Shark Week

There are definitely definitely things that we can do during Shark Week or your period that can make you feel better. I would start with making sure that your environment is really dark so I use blackout curtains on all my windows and also use an eye mask from a company called Manta which completely blocks up all of the light. There are so many different things that you can do to optimize your sleep and level it up to sleep throughout the night to reduce the amount of time that it takes you to fall asleep. It could be its entire own podcast episode.
