The Story of the Owl

My husband is a midnight duty police officer in a suburban, somewhat rual part of maryland. With the windows down and the music turned up, he heard a loud swoosh right by his face. An owl had flown through his open drive side window and became stuck in the tiny space between the windshield and cruiser cage. My husband dove out of his vehicle, with the owl making a swift exit. Afterwards, the cruiser's interior was covered in feathers,. There were some scratch on the dashboard and steering wheel from the owl's talons. So stay saxy and maybe just use the air conditioner while driving on summer nights.
