How Do You Get Your Body to Connect With You?
In the morning, like something that i'm always focusing on doing first thing is moving my body. I also have to use it as a way to almost manage anxiousness that can come up. In the evening, i do the same thing when i brushing my teeth, where i'm thinking about what i'm proud of myself for for that day. Cause just practising feeling attitude for myself and how i'm showing up in the world has been a really powerful way to help build confidence.
