How to Eat When You're Hungry

Why can't we do one day per week with a massive deficit and then the rest normally? Like if you want to lose a pound a week, why don't you just have a 3,500 kilojoule deficit on one day a week and then eat normally for the rest? I mean, you can. Even with intermittent fasting and time restricted eating, it's like, okay, go back to performance nutrition and what I keep saying about timing and being intentional with your intake. It's very difficult to do that if you're following these, um, these rules again.
