The Quitters Manifesto is a book written by Pat and Tim, who run GoBundance. They talk about how they quit their careers to go into new careers or new passions. "I feel like right now, I'm like 90% obligation, even like 95% obligation," says one of the co-authors.

Real estate investors are a hard-working bunch. They put in long hours every day to create passive income and find financial freedom.
